Conference fee

^* Those who register as PhD or MSc student must send a letter from their department head and a copy of their student card as proof of your status, before the start of the conference.

The Conference Fee Includes:

• Entrance of all sessions
• Electronic proceedings
• Welcome reception
• Morning and afternoon refreshment during the breaks
• Lunches
• Conference dinner
• Special programs
  • Special sessions for retiring EC members
  • Special reception for young hydrodynamicists
  • Social/Tour program

^** Accompanying persons only can join welcome reception, lunches, conference dinner, and social/tour program.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

• Cancellations made before June 30^th, 2018 will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between June 30^th and July 31^st, 2018 will receive a refund equivalent to the administration fee subtracted by 120 (USD).
• No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
